Plasma Heme Oxygenase-1 Levels in Patients with Coronary and Peripheral Artery Diseases

<div>Plasma HO-1 levels and the presence of CAD or the number of stenotic coronary vessels among the 374 patients without PAD. After excluding 36 patients with PAD, HO-1 levels were significantly higher in CAD than in CAD(−) (a).
