ELL2 Is Downregulated and Associated with Galactose-Deficient IgA1 in IgA Nephropathy

<div>Flow cytometry analysis of CD19+ cells in blood of 13 IgAN patients and 13 healthy controls. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of donors were prepared by Ficoll-Paque density centrifugation and subjected to flow cytometry analysis.
