DNAJC3-AS1 Is Associated with Proliferation, Metastasis, and Poor Prognosis of Breast Cancer

<div>DNAJC3-AS1 knockdown inhibited the metastasis of BC cells. (a) After transfection with indicated siRNAs, migrative abilities of MCF-7 and BT-20 cells were determined using Transwell assays. (b) DNAJC3-AS1 knockdown inhibited the invasive abilities of MCF-7 and BT-20 cells. (c) The expressions of Vimentin, N-cadherin, and E-cadherin in transfected MCF-7 and BT-20 cells were detected by Western blot.
