ID2 degradation depends on Ub-proteasome way. (a) Coimmunoprecipitation assay was used to detected ubiquitinated ID2 in MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells; (b) MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells were transfected with increasing amounts of HA-Ub, then exposed to CHX; the protein expression levels of ID2 and Ub were detected by Western blot; (c, d), GC-803 and BGC-823 cells were exposed to proteasome inhibitors-MG132 and PS-341, respectively; the protein expression levels of ID2 were detected by Western blot at indicated time after treatment (; ).
