USP1 stabilizes ID2 expression through deubiquitinating ID2. (a) MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells were transfected with shUSP1 or flag-USP1, then exposed to PS-341 or not; the protein expression levels of USP1 and ID2 were detected by Western blot; (b) MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells were transfected with his-ID2 or flag-USP1, then exposed to CHX; the protein expression levels of his-ID2 and flag-USP1 were detected by Western blot at indicated time; (c) the interaction between USP1 and Ub was detected by Co-IP assay in MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells; (d) MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells were transfected with shUSP1 or flag-USP1, then exposed to PS-341; ubiquitinated ID2 was detected by Co-IP assay (; ).
