CCNB2 expression was decreased in both MDA-MB-231 and HCC-1937 cells after the transfection of its shRNA plasmids. (a) Quantitative PCR assays exhibited the decreased mRNA levels of CCNB2 after the transfection of its shRNA plasmids in MDA-MB-231 and HCC-1937 cells, respectively.
