Identification of IL-38 and IL-36 overexpression construct. (a) SW982 cells were transfected with EGFP fusion IL-36 or IL-38 encoding plasmids or empty vector. Cells were examined under microscopy (100x) for EGFP expression. Representative images are presented from three biological replicates.
