IL-38 and IL-36 Target Autophagy for Regulating Synoviocyte Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion in Rheumatoid Arthritis

IL-36 treatment improve the symptoms of RA in a rat model. A rat model of RA was developed by injecting type II collagen combined with incomplete Freund’s adjuvant to the articular cavity of hind ankle joint of the rat at the first and 7th day. Rats in the treatment group were injected with recombinant IL-36 from the first day to 10th day. All rats were sacrificed until the 28th day.
