TSN inhibited TGF-β1-induced cardiac fibroblast fibrosis by upregulating miR-205-3p. Cardiac fibroblasts were induced with TGF-β1 and/or 10 μL TSN. Relative levels of miR-205-3p (a), Col1a1 (b), and Col3a1 (c) were detected by qRT-PCR.
