Morphology of human fungal keratitis in the early (a, ) and late (b, ) stages (tear protein levels were measured with more than 3 repeats). Samples of each patient were collected 3 times repetitively. Protein levels of galectin-3 and related inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-18, and TNF-α in tears of patients with fungal keratitis.
