Galectin-3 Is a Crucial Immunological Disease Marker in Patients with Fungal Keratitis

<div>The expression of galectin-3 protein determined by western blots and statistical difference in galectin-3 expression of WB results of corneal epithelial cells increased in the presence or absence of zymosan (a). Colocalization of CK12 and galectin-3 expression in corneal epithelial cells was determined by immunofluorescence analysis (b).
