Galectin-3 Is a Crucial Immunological Disease Marker in Patients with Fungal Keratitis

<div>The expression of galectin-3 at the mRNA and protein level in the cornea of patients with fungal keratitis in early and late stages increased significantly, which was determined by qPCR (a) and western blot (b), respectively.
