(f) Grading tumors such as grade 1 (well-differentiated low grade) and grade 4 (undifferentiated, high grade), the HK2 expression was observed to be higher in all grades in contrast to normal. (g) For the nodal metastasis status, the expression of HK2 was elevated in N0 and N1 nodes as opposed to that of normal tissues.
