Paired-samples test was applied in the intergroup comparison in each quadrant; ANOVA method and post hoc test (LSD, Tukey HSD) were applied in the intragroup comparison in each group. In circumferential and axial direction, the shear modulus of each quadrant was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group, with significant difference (). In axial direction of each group and circumferential direction of control group, shear modulus was different between each quadrant (). #In circumferential direction of experimental group, shear modulus had no different between each quadrant ().
