Thickness of each scleral trip in each group was measured for 3 times repeatedly. Paired-samples test was applied in the intergroup comparison in each quadrant; ANOVA method and post hoc test (LSD, Tukey HSD) were applied in the intragroup comparison in each group. The scleral thickness of each quadrant was thinner in the experimental group than that in the control group, with significant difference (). Scleral thickness of each group was significantly different in each quadrant, respectively ().
