Ginsenoside Rb1 Modulates the Migration of Bone-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through the SDF-1/CXCR4 Axis and PI3K/Akt Pathway

The PI3K inhibitor suppressed the migration process of BMSCs. BMSCs were pretreated with LY294002 for 1 hour at 37°C prior to the administration of ginsenoside Rb1.
