Low EBI3 Expression Promotes the Malignant Degree of Gastric Cancer

<div>EBI3 of BGC-823 cells was overexpressed or downregulated. (a, b) After siRNA interferes with BGC-823, the total RNA and protein were extracted and detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. The interference effect of siRNA3 was the best and be selected as the interference fragment for subsequent experiments. (c) The overexpression group (BGC-823-EBI3) EBI3 mRNA expression level was significantly increased, and the interference group (BGC-823-EBI3-siRNA) EBI3 mRNA expression level was significantly decreased.
