Endothelin-Converting Enzyme 1 and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor as Potential Biomarkers during <i>Ex Vivo</i> Lung Perfusion with Prolonged Hypothermic Lung-Sparing

<div>PaO<sub>2</sub> levels and PaO<sub>2</sub>/FiO<sub>2</sub> ratio. Although there is a trend of higher values in the D-EVLP group, especially at 2 and 4 hours, no significant differences are found. The lungs of the D-EVLP group mainly reached higher values at each time point and throughout the course of EVLP than the lungs of the I-EVLP group.
