<div>The ROC curve was applied to verify accurateness of hub genes. The corresponding hub gene name was presented at the top of the figure, and the GEO dataset number was manifested on the left side of the figure, where GSE941019 is the training set and GSE102485 and GSE142025 are the verification sets. The AUC of GSE941019 and GSE102485 was both greater than 0.8 and the AUC of GSE142025 was greater than 0.9.</div>
