COPS3 Promotes Proliferation, Invasion, and EMT of Colorectal Cancer Cells by MEK/ERK Pathway

<div>Depletion of COPS3 suppressed the EMT process in COAD cells. Immunoblot assays showed the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and Vimentin in SW480 and HCT116 cells upon the transfection of control or COPS3 siRNAs or without transfection (control).
