Hsa_circ_0097271 Knockdown Attenuates Osteosarcoma Progression via Regulating miR-640/MCAM Pathway

<div>MiR-640 targeted MCAM to regulate OS cell functions. Saos-2 and SW1353 cells were introduced with si-MCAM, si-NC, inhibitor, inhibitor-NC, or si-MCAM+inhibitor. (a) The expression of MCAM protein in these transfected cells was investigated by western blotting. (b) The proliferation of these transfected cells was assessed by CCK-8 assay. (c) Clone formation capacity of these transfected cells was assessed by colony formation assay.
