miR-622 Counteracts the NUAK1-Induced Gastric Cancer Cell Proliferation and the Antioxidative Stress

<div>NUAK1/miR-622 axis regulates cell migration ability and oxidative stress. (a) NUAK1-shRNA screening. After transfection of three shRNAs, a fluorescence microscope was adopted to detect the content of NUAK1 in AGS cells. (b, c) Expression of NUAK1 mRNA (b) and protein (c) after transfection with NUAK1-shRNA was detected by qRT-PCR and western blot. (d) The migration ability was assessed by wound healing assay.
