circ_0129047 overexpression delays in vitro and in vivo HCC growth. Overexpression of circ_0129047 (OE-circ) and empty vectors (OE-NC) was induced in Hep 3B and Huh7 cells. (e) Hep 3B cells overexpressing circ_0129047 or NC were introduced into nude mice through subcutaneous flank injection.
