A Retrospective Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Q-Switched and Picosecond Lasers for Treating Becker’s Nevus

A 22-year-old male with BN (the area marked with a red line in (a)) received one treatment with a 755-nm alexandrite picosecond laser and achieved 95–100% pigment removal (2.6 mm, 3.77 J/cm2). The hypopigmented patch with the scar in (a) was left after cryotherapy at another hospital a year ago.
