Time-course effect of AP extracts on growth of KB xenografted nude mice was evaluated by measurements of body weight (a) and tumor volume (b) every 3 days. KB cells were implanted subcutaneously into the flanks of nude mice on Day 0, the animals were then treated with 10 mg/kg of AP extracts or were untreated (control).
