Effect of increasing concentrations of P. hexandrum sub-fraction (G-00IM) on DNA damage in whole body irradiated (10 Gy) mice. DNA damage was measured in terms of tail length (mean SD) in peripheral blood leukocytes of mice using comet assay. Experiments were done in triplicate with three animals in each group.
