Inhibition of HepG2 cell growth by ASMq ethanol extract. Cells were treated with different concentration of ASMq ethanol extract (0.05–10 mg mL−1) at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 72 hours. Cell growth was determined by the MTT assay. Results are expressed as mean ± SD of five independent experiments.
