BYHWD decreases the CD40L expression in myocardial tissues (Bar = 100 𝜇m): A myocardial ischemia animal model was established by giving ISO. CDDP and BYHWD were administered to the animals. The expression of CD40L in myocardial tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and then the ratio of CD40L-positive stained cells/total myocardial cell was calculated. (a) Control group.
