Molecular Mechanism of Isocupressic Acid Supresses MA-10 Cell Steroidogenesis

Isocupressic acid attenuates cAMP-stimulated steroidogenesis in MA-10 cells. MA-10 cells were treated with or without cAMP and IA for 0.5 h (a), 1 h (b), or 4 h (c); results are combined in Figure 4(d). The culture medium was collected, and progesterone concentration was determined by EIA. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM. Each column with different letters is significantly different at 𝑃<0.05.
