Effect of isocupressic acid on levels of steroidogenic proteins in MA-10 cells. MA-10 cells were treated with or without cAMP and IA for 4 h. The levels of steroidogenic proteins StAR, P450scc, and 3β-HSD were determined by Western blot analysis. Phosphorylation of PKA was also evaluated.
