Effect of the AAM on hypertonic stress-induced AQP1, AQP2, AQP3, and Na+/K+-ATPase expression. (a) mIMCD-3 cells were pretreated with AAM (1–10 μg/mL) for 30 min, followed by stimulation with hypertonic stress (175 mM NaCl) for 1 h. After treatment, the protein was extracted from the cells. AQP1, AQP2, AQP3, and Na+/K+-ATPase protein levels were determined by western blot analysis. (b) Densitometric analysis of AQP2 and Na+/K+-ATPase.
