Effects of chronic treatment of the methanol extract of E. koreanum on hindlimb function in SCI mice. BMS score (a), the percentages of step event (b), and success rate (c) in ladder test were measured. SCI mice were administered the methanol extract of E. koreanum (100 mg/kg, p.o., closed circles, 5 mice, 10 hindlimbs, 𝑛=10 (a) and (b), 𝑛=5 (c)) or vehicle solution (open circles, 4 mice, 8 hindlimbs, 𝑛=8 (a) and (b), 𝑛=4 (c)) for 21 days. *Repeated measures two-way ANOVA followed by the post hoc Bonferroni test, 𝑃<0.05.
