Upregulation of Ac-histone 4 protein expressions after treatment with NBM-HD-1 in various cancer cell lines. (a) C6 cells, and (b) MCF-7 cells were treated with NBM-HD-1 (17.0 μM) or SB (4.0 mM) for 1-2 h or cells were treated with the same concentration of both compounds for 2 h, then the compound was removed, and cells were incubated for another 2, 4, and 6 h. Cell lysates were prepared and subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting using an Ac-histone 4 antibody.
