Effect of caspase inhibitors on TPL-induced apoptosis in SK-MEL-2 cells. Cells were incubated with 100 μM of caspase inhibitors z-IETD-FMK (caspase-8 inhibitor), z-LEHD-FMK (caspase-9 inhibitor) or z-VAD-FMK (pan-caspase inhibitor) for 1 h and then coincubated with 50 nM of TPL for 24 h.
