Cantharidin decreases cell adhesion of TSGH-8301 cells. Cells were incubated with or without 0, 1, and 2.5 μM of cantharidin for 24 h and 48 h; then cells were measured the percentage of cell adhesion as described in Section 2. Data represents mean ± SD in triplicate and , significant difference between cantharidin-treated groups and the control as analyzed by Dunnett’s posttest.
