Immunohistochemical staining of phosphorylated STAT3 in lung tissues obtained from mice supplemented with 10–20 mg/kg kaempferol. Lung tissue sections were immunostained with a specific primary antibody against phosphorylated STAT3 and 3,3′-diaminobenzidine-conjugated IgG. Counter staining was conducted with hematoxylin.
