Effects of Timosaponin AIII on c-Met and ERK phosphorylation. c-Met (a, b) and ERK (c, d) proteins expression was analyzed at 5 min and 2 h after HGF treatment as described in Section 2. Pretreatment of TAIII (10−8~10−6 M) enhanced the phosphorylation of these proteins in a concentration-dependent manner. By immunohistochemistry (e), sustained ERK phosphorylation could be demonstrated even 24 h after TAIII and HGF cotreatment.
