The inhibitory effect of CE6 on [Ca²⁺]_i increased by ADP. Washed platelets (3×10⁸/mL) were incubated with calcium fluorophore (5 M, Fura-2/AM) and stimulated with 10 μM ADP. [Ca²⁺]_i was then measured as described in Section 2.
