Effects of CE6 on granule secretion from the ADP-activated platelets. Washed platelets (3×10⁸/mL) were pre-incubated with CE6 at the indicated concentrations and stirred in an aggregometer for 2 min prior to stimulation with ADP for 5 min. The reaction was terminated, and an ATP release assay (a) and serotonin release assay (b) were performed.
