Effect of CE6 on ADP-induced TXB2 generation. Platelets ( /mL) were pre-incubated with or without CE6 (7.5–30 M) in the presence of 1 mM CaCl2 for 2 min at 37°C. The platelets were then stimulated with 10 μM ADP for 5 min at 37°C. After terminating the aggregation reaction, the supernatant was collected and TXB2 production was measured using a TXB2 EIA kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
