Cytotoxicity of Chung-pae. MTT assay was performed to measure the cytotoxicity of CP by using RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were treated with indicated amounts of CP for 16 hours prior to MTT assay. Data represent the mean ± SEM of three independent measurements. *𝑃 and **𝑃 were less than 0.05 and 0.01, respectively, compared to untreated, control group.
