Effect of artepillin C on nitrite (NO) production in LPS + IFN-γ stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. RAW264.7 cells were incubated with of 25–100 μM artepillin C and/or LPS + IFN-γ for 24 h. NO production was measured by the Griess reaction assay and expressed as a percentage of LPS + IFN-γ-stimulated cells.
