Effect of the CBR extract on MAPK and NF-κB expression in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. (a, b) Cells were incubated for 30 min with 1 g/mL of LPS in the absence or presence of the CBR extract. The CBR extract was added 1 h prior to incubation with LPS. Protein expression of MAPK and NF-κB was analyzed by western blot analysis and quantified by densitometric analysis.
