BAC, BMA, or BHA (10 μM) was incubated with cDNA-expressed CYP enzymes (CYP 1A2, 2C8, 2C9, 2C19, 2D6, 2E1, 3A4, and 3A5) in the presence of NADPH-regenerating system for 120 min for 37°C.
