Noncompartmental pharmacokinetic parameters (a) , (b) , (c) AUC, and (d) of baclofen obtained after oral administration of baclofen (1 mg/kg) to rats pretreated with distilled water (control), Oyaksungisan (OY), or Achyranthes bidentata radix (AB) extract. Distilled water or each herbal medicine was administered orally for 7 consecutive days and baclofen was administered after 10 min of distilled water or each herbal medicine on the final day.
