The cytotoxic effects of AE-CA or CPT used in combination with cisplatin. HEC-1A cells were treated using 0 to 50 μM cisplatin and 0.25 mg/mL of AE-CA or 0.2 μM CPT. HEC-1B were treated using 0 to 50 μM cisplatin and 0.625 mg/mL of AE-CA or 0.5 μM CPT. Cell viability was assessed using an MTT assay.
