Effect of SL on calcium release in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells. Control (Con): treated with LPS (1 μg/mL). SL: Scutellariae Radix and Liriopis Tuber water extract. Each RAW 264.7 cell group was incubated with SL at the concentrations of 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL with LPS for 18 hrs. The increase of intracellular free calcium in the LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells was inhibited significantly by the treatment of SL at all the concentrations (25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL).
