Gigantol reduces CSC markers. (a) After H460 cells were treated with gigantol (0–20 µM) for 48 h, cells were collected, and CSC markers, CD133 and ALDH1A1, were analyzed by Western blotting. The blots were reprobed with β-actin to confirm equal loading. (b) Band density was quantified by densitometry, and mean data from independent experiments were normalized to the controls.
