Preparative Purification of Bioactive Compounds from<i> Flos Chrysanthemi Indici</i> and Evaluation of Its Antiosteoporosis Effect

<div>Effect of the four bioactive compounds on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of MC3T3-E1 cells. The ALP activity was found to be significantly increased by the four bioactive compounds at a concentration of 1 <i>μ</i>M after 7 or 10 days of incubation. ALP activity was assessed using a commercial ALP kit.
