Physiological parameters are expressed as mean ± SD ( for each group) and were measured 10 min before and 60 min after occluding the blood flow of the right middle cerebral artery and 10 min after reperfusion. Sham: sham group; control: control group; paeonol: paeonol group; BT: body temperature; HR: heart rate; MABP: mean arterial blood pressure; BS: blood sugar.
